Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market needs
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research on emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for future-tech incubation
- Design and implement innovation KPIs to measure impact on long-term business objectives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy
- Experience with agile methodologies and design thinking frameworks
