- Author annual Future State reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Design innovation frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Establish thought leadership through white papers and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record translating foresight into business impact
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex concepts
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
