Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech convergence
- Architect multi-generational innovation roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and ESG principles
- Facilitate C-suite workshops translating future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Establish cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen products and services
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging ethical and regulatory landscapes
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and acquire pre-emptive IP and talent
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in corporate strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep technical understanding of quantum computing, generative AI, and synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in emerging technology convergence domains
- Exceptional visualization and storytelling skills for complex future concepts
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (e.g., MFCS)
