Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop strategic innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and bio-integration
- Develop scenario-based models for future-proofing business operations and product development
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and nurture next-generation startups
- Create thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote presentations) positioning company as future-shaping authority
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to detect emerging threats and opportunities
- Advise executive team on long-term strategic pivots based on future trend analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
