Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, APF) or innovation methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI

- Experience leading remote global teams across 5+ time zones
