Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and growth
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend reports and innovation roadmaps for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startups and emerging technologies for partnership opportunities
- Design and implement foresight methodologies across business units
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning, horizon scanning, and Delphi methodologies
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
