Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs and implementation frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios
- Author thought leadership reports and present strategic insights to executive teams
- Identify emerging technologies with transformative potential for our industry
- Build partnerships with research labs, startups, and academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts impacting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley preferred)
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP) preferred
