Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends, socio-economic shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop forward-looking strategic frameworks and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops and immersive foresight sessions with executive stakeholders
- Quantify future opportunities through predictive modeling and market simulation tools
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for horizon scanning and trend validation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios that directly influenced business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly desired
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
