Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype solutions for 2026 market opportunities
- Partner with C-suite to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and investment decisions
- Establish proprietary intelligence networks tracking exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (AI/ML, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with ability to translate complex insights into actionable plans
