Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and synthesize global tech, social, and economic trends through 2026
- Develop and operationalize adaptive innovation roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Facilitate C-level strategy sessions translating future scenarios into actionable business priorities
- Architect next-generation frameworks for organizational resilience and exponential growth
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations on future-focused strategy
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 2026 benchmarks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning with proven future-vision implementation
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership in complex organizational environments
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism/innovation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, SWOT 2.0)
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
