- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical technology governance in 2026+ ecosystems
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions (MIT, CERN, Future Labs)
- Present visionary blueprints to the Board of Directors and venture capital partners
- Mentor a team of 15 futurists and innovation specialists
- Author the annual 'State of the Future' report read by Fortune 500 CEOs
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., 'Futures', 'Technological Forecasting')
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neurotech, AGI ethics
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic concepts (minimum 3 patents filed)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Advanced Strategic Innovation Management (ASIM)
