- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Design and validate innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in Fortune 500 ecosystems
- Present strategic technology briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation across emerging tech verticals
- Establish partnerships with DARPA, NSF, and global innovation accelerators
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar journals on 2026+ tech trends
- Experience securing government innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent strategic foresight accreditation
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
