Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and socio-economic indicators to forecast industry evolution through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align foresight with corporate strategy and investment priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating future scenarios into actionable R&D initiatives
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for stakeholders, investors, and industry partners
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of future-oriented thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into market-ready products
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AI, Web3, climate tech, neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, etc.)
