Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging trends across biotech, AI, and climate tech to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitor landscapes
- Quantify future market impacts and ROI for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
