Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, energy, and AI sectors
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating blockchain, quantum computing, and neurotech innovations
- Present findings to executive boards through compelling visualizations and data-driven narratives
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author white papers on ethical AI adoption and sustainable technology transitions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmap development
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains: AGI, bioprinting, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS, CFS) or innovation management
