- Design innovation pipelines translating future scenarios into R&D priorities
- Lead cross-functional workshops on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership publications and briefings for stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to embed future-ready features
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record in translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and societal shifts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating future-strategy implementations
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFTR, CFS) preferred
