- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and mentor an internal innovation task force focused on future-readiness
- Monitor horizon scanning metrics and adjust strategy based on emerging signals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment frameworks
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, innovation management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CSFI) preferred
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable impact
