Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight reports using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for AI integration and sustainable innovation
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Monitor global geopolitical and socio-economic shifts affecting industry landscapes
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight team to drive continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certificate in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex concepts
- Experience with scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic implementation of future visions
- Strong understanding of ESG principles and sustainable development goals
