Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 strategic foresight framework using trend analysis, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry think tanks
- Design and implement innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-technical shifts affecting long-term strategy
- Create visual storytelling assets to communicate future scenarios across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
