Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, climate resilience) and their strategic implications through 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients across technology, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future-proofing initiatives
- Produce executive-level trend reports with predictive modeling and actionable recommendations
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product innovation pipelines
- Represent the firm at global foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Data Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven ability to translate complex futures concepts into executive narratives
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications preferred
- Experience with cross-industry futures projects (tech, healthcare, sustainability)
