- Champion ethical innovation principles across all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or tech innovation roles
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions (provide 3+ case studies)
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on future-ready transformation
