- Analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends to build 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives across global markets
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Partner with R&D teams to prioritize breakthrough initiatives
- Present trend insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across organizational functions
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and tech forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation domains
- Experience scaling organizations through disruptive transitions
