Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across technology, policy, and cultural domains to identify disruptive forces through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Author trend briefs and future impact assessments for stakeholder alignment
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities
- Represent the company at global foresight forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
