Responsibilities

- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations
- Manage proprietary research database and AI-powered trend forecasting tools
- Partner with R&D teams to validate emerging market opportunities
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate cross-industry innovation networks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with proven trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency with trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex insights into executive narratives
- Published research in futures or strategy journals preferred
- Certification in Futures Research Methodology (FRM) strongly desired
