Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ technology and trend foresight framework
- Lead scenario planning workshops for senior leadership on disruptive innovations
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development roadmaps
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation task forces for emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (required)
