Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product/service innovations
- Present executive briefings on disruptive forces and their business implications
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future opportunities through scenario modeling and impact assessments
- Champion a culture of experimentation and adaptive strategy across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven future-planning impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, etc.)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented 3+ years post-forecast
