Your insights will directly influence $2B+ investment portfolios and shape C-suite agendas across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors.
Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology, neurointerfaces) to forecast market disruptions by 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource scarcity challenges
- Lead cross-functional workshops with executives to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author quarterly trend reports published in Future Horizons Journal
- Build proprietary foresight algorithms using machine learning and predictive analytics
- Advvent global policy think tanks on AI governance and ethical tech frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods, backcasting)
- Experience with Python/R for trend modeling and scenario simulation
- Deep knowledge of biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence points
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
