Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies and socio-economic shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future market demands
- Facilitate C-level workshops to integrate foresight into quarterly business planning
- Author white papers on industry disruption scenarios for investor and stakeholder audiences
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-vintage solutions
- Monitor global policy and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption curves
- Build quantitative models for trend impact assessment and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of publishing industry trend forecasts (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Shell Two Screens, Delphi Method)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
