Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Design and manage an annual innovation pipeline aligned with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and market disruption forecasting
- Mentor junior team members in strategic thinking and future methodologies
- Author thought leadership content on emerging technology trends
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or immersive tech trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Published thought leadership in tech or strategy publications
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M
