As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D pioneers, and global partners to identify disruptive opportunities. You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies that position us as industry leaders in an accelerating future.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic signals to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive trends
- Partner with product teams to integrate future foresight into roadmaps
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Represent Innovate 2026 at global conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D strategy
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into business impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools a plus
