Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends to forecast 2026 industry landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and presentations for board-level stakeholders
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across climate tech, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal futurist training programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published thought leadership in foresight publications or industry journals
- Experience facilitating executive strategy sessions with C-suite executives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-focused initiatives
