Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight initiatives using Delphi methods, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to map emerging tech disruptions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Produce actionable scenario reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Build innovation pipelines by identifying whitespace opportunities in future markets
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight outputs into product roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to communicate complex futures clearly
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Palisade, Trendalyzer, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through strategic transformation
