Responsibilities
- Forecast industry disruptions and technological convergence points through quantitative modeling
- Develop scenario-based strategic plans for 2026 market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops on exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Produce trend reports with data-driven recommendations for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting future business models
- Present strategic narratives to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation strategy
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario planning projects
- Published thought leadership on future trends
