As a pivotal member of our Future Intelligence division, you'll leverage cutting-edge foresight methodologies to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate risks. This role demands intellectual curiosity, strategic agility, and the ability to translate complex futures into actionable business roadmaps.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proof strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive decision-making
- Build and maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database using advanced analytics
- Collaborate with R&D teams to incubate emerging technology applications
- Represent the firm at global futurism conferences and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting models
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles/books)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
