Responsibilities
- Analyze exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops for global enterprise clients
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends
- Manage a portfolio of experimental R&D projects with $5M+ budgets
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published trend analyses or innovation frameworks
