Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to develop 2026 strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and innovation priorities
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks for early opportunity identification
- Develop future-proof roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethics, and human-centered design
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board committees
- Partner with product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership on industry transformation for global platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and stakeholder alignment
- Published thought leadership in futurism, technology, or business strategy
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with data-driven decision-making aptitude
