Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify 2026-2030 opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across industries
- Lead workshops on future-proofing business models and supply chains
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantifiable risk/opportunity matrices
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate emerging technologies into client roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present findings to executive boards using data visualization and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Experience with strategic foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
