- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors

- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Drive organizational culture of continuous innovation and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or similar designation
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
