Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruption risks
- Design innovation frameworks for quantum computing, bio-convergence, and climate tech
- Present future forecasts at global forums (Davos, TED, etc.)
- Mentor next-gen futurists in our incubation program
- Publish white papers on paradigm shifts in work, energy, and governance
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Proven track record publishing trend reports (e.g., Gartner, WEF)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio of implemented future-proofing strategies
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global engagement
- Published author or keynote speaker at major futurist events
