- Monitor global signals (geopolitical, environmental, tech) to inform strategic pivots
- Present foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready mindsets and methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with futurism focus
- Proven track record in trend analysis and scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, clean energy)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
