Responsibilities
- Anticipate technological disruptions and societal trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop strategic frameworks for clients to adopt emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Lead innovation workshops with C-suite executives to co-create 2026-ready business models
- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in FutureTech Quarterly
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Stanford HAI on 2026 technology roadmaps
- Design ethical frameworks for human-AI symbiosis in post-2026 workplaces
- Mentor junior futurists in our NextGen Visionaries program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience presenting to executive audiences at Davos or similar forums
- Deep understanding of 2026 UN SDG technology integration frameworks
