- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives to prepare for future business environments
- Collaborate with R&D teams to identify disruptive innovation opportunities aligned with 2026 market demands
- Publish thought leadership frameworks on future-of-work implications and human-AI collaboration models
- Establish KPIs to track organizational preparedness for 2026 technological and societal shifts
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and technical teams
