Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive trends and market shifts
- Produce actionable scenario analyses and innovation roadmaps
- Advise executive team on future-proofing business models and operations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Monitor global technology and socio-economic indicators for early signals
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainability futures preferred
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong proficiency in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
