- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives to disrupt legacy business models
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Design scenario-planning war games for Fortune 500 clients facing 2026 market inflection points
- Curate exclusive FutureSummit events featuring thought leaders from MIT, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
- Build predictive analytics models using proprietary datasets from 50+ global data partners
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers in ethnographic foresight and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or scenario planning at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals (e.g., Futures Research Quarterly)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies: Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix, Agent-Based Modeling
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide 3+ case studies with measurable impact)
- Mastery of AI trend-analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4 Turbo, Anthropic Claude, Palantir)
- Deep knowledge of geopolitical, technological, and climate megatrends through 2030
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
