- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and implement strategic frameworks integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable innovations
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align 2026 vision with corporate objectives and resource allocation
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario analyses for Board-level decision-making
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype future-proof solutions
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership platforms

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
