- Mentor a team of futurist analysts while maintaining hands-on research excellence

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech research leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio examples required)
- Proficiency in forecasting tools (e.g., Palantir, Tableau, Python/R for trend modeling)
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (TED, CES, Web Summit)
