Responsibilities

- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployment
- Partner with R&D to commercialize breakthrough technologies in 18-24 month cycles
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics or future-of-work trends
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python preferred)
