Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future scenario planning and disruption forecasting
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into development pipelines
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Conduct competitive analysis of emerging tech startups and academic research
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing future-focused product roadmaps
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech or innovation publications
