Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives for next-gen AI and quantum applications
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption in Fortune 500 ecosystems
- Prototype and validate disruptive technologies in our Innovation Accelerator Labs
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Author white papers on future tech ethics and societal impact
- Mentor junior researchers in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in AI/ML system architecture or quantum computing research
- Published work in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or major tech conferences
- Expertise in at least one emerging tech domain: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
- Fluency in future forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D grants or venture funding
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive technology prototypes
