Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic briefings to executive leadership and investors on technology adoption pathways
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate emerging technologies into commercial offerings
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption and market disruption
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Research or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFS)
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
